November 24

These pictures are being posted in smaller sections to try and allow Erik to be able to see them while he is away. Hopefully it works as we can't send pictures via email anymore :(

He took the back cushion down and just started pulling the zipper all the way along!!

The Day After the Parade

So first I keep William up about 2.5 hours past his bedtime and then he wakes up early! What to do... go to Scuddle and Puddle - gym and swimming lessons. And we have the Christmas Angels across town right after...so off we go, wet hair and all. Fortunately it was a nice day!

William wasn't too keen on sitting with the fat man in the red suit all by himself so mom came by for moral support. Never get your picture taken right after swimming lessons...and our monkey LOVES to splash so his mom is as wet as any kid.
Hanging our decorations. The Halifax Shopping Centre made the theme this year 'Support the Troops' and so military families - particularly those without husbands and dads right now - were invited to come make decorations for their tree. Their goal is 1000 decorations. And each contributor got to take an angel ball home for our effort.

We met up with Donna - thanks for the pictures!! and her kids and Laurie and her sister Jill and Ethan and Andrew. Was a great morning once Donna got the DJ to stop playing sad christmas songs - 'Blue Christmas' and 'I'll be home for Christmas" are not choice when you are missing you husband...and a lot of the women there will be solo at Christmas this year.

Happiest!! And this was at about 2015 - an hour past bedtime! He was such a trooper.

Holiday of Lights Parade

Well, now that I can play in the leaves who cares how long it takes the parade to come!!

Loving the leaves...ironic but we don't have great piles of leaves in our area. they all disappear into the woods.
What is that mom?
Absolutely enthralled with the parade

Mid-November

Learning how to use the attachments...
He loves helping!!
Thumbs up to mom's garlic buns
This is one of those pictures that will come back to haunt him one day - he did the all himself. put on the shoes that is. Mom obviously helped with the dressing - he decided part way through that he wanted some freedom...
Mom, what is a parade anyway? And why is it taking so long to happen???

Pumpkin Season
