Caught UP!!

Now how do these shoes work again...
Mom does something with the top I think and this is the bottom
I told William we had to get ready for playgroup so while i was in the kitchen organizing snacks he got himself together - including bringing the imaginarium from under his crib and putting it in the bag we take to playgroup!!
Rocking the croquet balls!!

Crazy Uploading Woman

Well things age actually working now so here I go - lots of photos for everybody to see Guess who found the croquet balls??
I love these balls - they are so heavy and make SOOO much noise when you drop them on the laminate floor!
They roll off the table too...
I said order in the house!!
At the Halloween party at Playgroup
Having some fun at the party
Lots of witches and cows!
Wanna have some bathtime fun?
Peek-a-boo!
Wanna play kitty??
These were yours but I have more fun with the crinkle balls than you do, can I have them?
Placing tupperware tail carefully in the film canister (thanks again AB)
Drinking said film canister full of water and tail...
Playing in the tub
A study in round - we will be having a growth spurt shortly - just when you thought it was safe to let him grow up...

Success!!

His latest indication that he is done with dinner - he collects his water and tea cups and lifts them off the tray so that mom can take the tray away andhe can get down and play
Goffasaurus playing peek
-a-
BOO!
William and his kitty - if you look closely you can see her eye slit in the lower right corner
Kitty Kisses!! Though hard to see given the absolute blackness of the cat and the colour of the chair she is camoflaged on...William is bending over and giving her kisses - and he started it all on his own!
The morning dad left was not the best to be trying to get the monkey to be a dragon

More last weekend

Trying on the whole dragon costume - not impressed
Climbing in to the closet
closet sitting - one of William's favourite places is the front hall closet - it has a small 'shelf' that he loves sitting on and climbing on. Yesterday he was playing around in there and I didn't thinka nything of it until he asked me for his tea - Tea is served in a specific sippy cup so I began the search. Even after he went to bed I still couldn't find it!! It was in the closet - I found it this morning when we were getting out coats to go to the grocery store!
Boom boom boom with pirates
Dead lifting a dumptruck
ride 'em cowboy!!
I am sure that every parent has funny 'learning the body parts' stories but william LOVES his belly!

LIFT!!!!

Last weekend

Furniture moving in the basement
Happy Halloween dragon with his pumpkins (the miniature variety, also known as oranges)
such a cute little dragon
I'm ready to go, mom!
You want me to do what??
I have to sit down for this one!!
Loving hisnew chair - just the right height for a monkey to get in and out of
Helping put books away with mom

getting caught up

Blogger is feeling particularly slow today in loading pictures so I am doing my best to get caught up but that might not mean a lot in the long run - still trying to get it all 'current' before dad sails.

I am getting Soo good at using my fork - I can even stab pineapple bits with it!!
I really love feeding the birds
Feedin the birds with mom -William was the only one who got dressed that morning...
Climbing stairs is one of those skills at which we are becoming VERY proficient!
Learning how to get into and out of chairs is a lot of work for our little man.

Munchkin antics

Getting some exercise!
Tha basement is full of all sorts of great stuff!!!
Boom boom boom - william loves going down the basement stairs with Mom and Dad. He stands at the door (at the top) and pats or knocks and says 'boom boom boom' with the most expectant look on his face that you can't say no.
William and mom and dad went to the consignment sale at the Shearwater MFRC a couple of weeks ago and William made out amazingly with toys - unfortunately because we had him with us it wasn't possible to hide any of the toys we got him for christmas but it was great to watch his reactions and play with them. The flashlight was a big hit - he loves dad's flashlights. But the biggest hit of all was the old-style fisher Price garage - it is without a doubt his favourite toy right now.
All ready for Halloween!!
Where did the car go???
